Branding Identity and Experience

Rebranding of  Fresh Joy a Fruit Vinger Drink company. 

  • The brand “FreshJoy” is an R&D collaboration between Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and PS Food & Beverage (S) Pte Ltd.

  • They use 9 months to created and launch a nourishing power drink designed to bring Joy with every sip.

  • FreshJoy is a Fruit Vinegar Drink inspired by the heritage and tales of the Teo family who lived and worked in Haw Par Villa in the 1960s.

Objective - is to strengthen brand awareness, develop brand loyalty and create a stronger emotional connection with customers.

 

 

Challenges - included getting noticed in a busy market, building trust from beginning and making sure the new identity was in line with the company’s values and goals. Apart from this, ensuring not alienating of existing customer base is also important. Mostly importantly, it is expansive to do so for a small company.
